Lourmarin (84) - Walks in Avignon and around

Lourmarin is a village located in a plain, surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond trees. It is listed as one of the most beautiful village of France.

A castle nicknamed “the little Villa Medicis in Provence” dating back to the Renaissance shelters a foundation for artists and writers.
The literary circuits “Albert Camus” and “Henri Bosco” will take you on a tour of the village through stories and anecdotes these writers had about their stay in Lourmarin. Both circuits leave from the graveyard where Camus and Bosco are buried.
